A poll made by Trenders on working women about Eichiro Oda's popular manga, One Piece. Trenders is a research analyst group specializing in the interests of business women, they surveyed 506 working women ages from 20-39 years old.
According to the November 8 report, 41% of the 506 respondents said that they have read One Piece, although only 19% of the ones who have read it own the compiled manga volumes personally. On the other hand, 58% of the manga volume owners did have all of the volumes.
When asked which character they want as a boyfriend, most respondents want Sanji, followed by Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Red-Hair Shanks and on last place, Portgas D. Ace.
The responses were slightly different for which character they want to marry. Ranking first was Roronoa Zoro, followed by Sanji, then Monkey D. Luffy, Red-Hair Shanks and last place, Portgas D. Ace.
They were also asked that if there is a One Piece live-action film, who are the actors they want to see, the results for each characters are: Shingo Katori for Monkey D. Luffy, Shun Oguri for Roronoa Zoro, Aya Ueto for Nami, Yo Oizumi for Usopp and Osamu Mukai for Sanji.
