Just today, the TV Special for the upcoming film, Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull: Movie Wars Core aired on TV-Asahi and here is the summary of comments coming from Henshin Justice Unlimited (HJU) that was able to watch this special.
The Female Ptera Yummy has a very weak voice according to DecaEnd. Her voice was first heard in the Special when she shouted at OOO Gatakiriba Combo.
Kamen Rider Birth had less screen time in the special but they were able to see how one of his arms, the Crane Arm was attached in his body, which is pretty neat.
The special also features how Kamen Rider Skull first transformed in which he is walking out of a hole on a wall and looking at himself from a reflection from a car. According to the one who posted that comment, it seems that this film will have very emotional scenes.
