It has been rumored a few weeks ago that Kamen Rider OOO's 2nd rider, Kamen Rider Birth will have an upgraded form to match up OOO Tajyadol Combo. It will be called Kamen Rider ReBirth, and here are some updates regarding it.
Please do take rumors with a grain of salt!
By the time Akira Date leaves, Gotou will become Kamen Rider Birth and gets an upgrade. He will use the upgrade called ReBirth. Kamen Rider Rebirth has an ultramarine color. The Solid Shield breaks up in half. The insides of the eyes starts radiating kind of like in Blue Swat and his body can turn into a mechanical crab.
Other than that, Kamen Rider OOO's Octopus legs are able to become like tentacles and it can be used like whips. The Shauta Combo, on the other hand, allows OOO to turn into liquid, similar to Kamen Rider Black RX BioRider.

Episode 19, 1/23
Goto started working at Cous Cousier which surprises Eiji. Kazari creates a Yummy out of a man Shingo previously arrested who escaped from prison. This man has a strong desire of revenge which causes him to go after Ankh, and the betrayer called "Yasu". Eiji gets one of Ankh's Core Medals from Kogami as present, because Kogami thinks Kamen Rider OOO will become useless if he doesn't get stronger.
Episode 20, 1/30
Eiji has a hard time fighting the new Yummy. Ankh proposes that he and Kazari should exchange Medals. Ankh uses Eiji as a bait. Hina gets angry and decides to take that Core Medal from Ankh, and threatens to crush it. Kamen Rider OOO and Birth heads out to fight the powered-up Yummy.
